I look to assess, treat, rehabilitate then pass on what knowledge I have for you to maintain your injury and health.
Currently work and run clinics in Manchester and Bolton, have an interest in sports injuries currently club osteopath for Swinton judo club, Salford and the osteopath for the BJC (British Judo Council).
My lad is a chip of the block and for a 4 year old can tell you one of the muscles in the leg is the vastus medialis, his favourite thing is my 13year old staffie called Billie.

Q:How did you get started in Osteopathy
A:I have been interested in sport, fitness and health right from my days but it was a knee injury at judo which pushed me into the area.
Q:What do you love about your job?
A:There are many things to love about this job, its interesting, challenging and very rewarding, you can see the difference you can make.
Q:When you were little, what did you want to be?
A:I wanted to be a vet, just work on different bodies now
Q:How would you describe yourself?
A:Competitive, adventurous, lively, caring and energetic.
Q:Favourite food / drink
A:Pepperonni Pizza or fish, champagne closely followed by a pint of Black Sheep Bitter
Generally don’t have them often other than fish.
Q:Pet hates / what would you like to live without?
A:Bad manners/spitting in public (it is completely unnecessary), would love to live without a diary and mobile phone.
Q:What makes time fly for you?
A:Fell walking, playing with my son
Q:Favourite TV programme?
A:Lie to Me, fascinating
Q:What do you do to really relax?
A:If I've had a really stressful day or week I try to head out to the seaside, normally Ainsdale beach or the country for a nice long walk.
Caving also helps me switch of too.
Q:What or who makes you happiest in your life right now?
A:My family, love gathering and particularly time with my 4 year old son.
Q:What do you most want to achieve during your lifetime?
A:Happiness in home and work.
Q:What pearls of wisdom can you offer to others that you hope will make a difference?
A:Write your goals down, if you don’t know what you want its hard to plan and achieve them, start with one step and keep focused and remember Action = Results .
